> Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
> Any return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
> To initiate a return, please share your order details along with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
> Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
> If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
> Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
> Exchanges are available only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
> Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
> Replacement products are subject to stock availability.
> For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or incorrect:
> Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
> Products without original packaging.
> Products returned without proof of purchase.
> Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the returned product has been received and approved.
